Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Pengaruh keseimbangan kerja terhadap loyalitas pegawai di Universitas Lelemuku Saumlaki (UNLESA), Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan pengumpulan data kuesoner yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui nilai hasil keseimbangan kerja dan loyalitas kerja. Dalam Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang menghasilkan data berupa ungkapan seseorang yang mengarah pada suatu keadaan tertentu. didasarkan hasil akhir yang dilakukan oleh peneliti bahwa hasil yang dicapai oleh seluruh Pegawai sangat memenuhi standar penelitian. Hasil yang dicapai Pegawai mendapatkan kualifikasi kurang baik dari Pegawai.
