Abstract

SMEs play a vital role in the Indonesian economy. Their existence is crucial for distributing income. Given this role, training is needed to help communities address various issues, from marketing to human resource development. This is particularly true for SMEs in Manglusi Village, Nirunmas District, Tanimbar Islands Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource training on improving the marketing performance of SMEs in Manglusi Village, Nirunmas District, Tanimbar Islands Regency. The research method used was quantitative research with data analysis using simple regression techniques. The sample size for this study was 30 SMEs in Manglusi Village. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire developed from the variable (X) Human Resource Training and the variable (Y) Marketing Performance. Based on the regression calculations, the equation Y = 2.294

+ 0.878 + e was obtained. The results of the study obtained a t-count of 19.614, so when compared with the t-table of 2.048, it can be concluded that the t-count ˃ t-table (19.614 ˃ 2.048). Then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted and by comparing the significant level of 0.05, then 0.000 ˂ 0.05, thus there is a significant influence between HR training on marketing performance in the SME community of Manglusi Village, Nirunmas District, Tanimbar Islands Regency.
